The client is also free to move in any way that his body requests. Aromatherapy and visualization may also be incorporated into the session, and props are used if necessary. At the end of the session, the practitioner guides the recipient through a meditation with affirmations to reinforce self-awareness. When participating in PRYT, the recipient doesn’t need any knowledge of yoga, since the therapist will help move him into the positions that are most appropriate for his individual condition.
